As a part of our NEW* Upala Wellness Series, we welcome Teresa Mitchell, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, for the workshop How to Kick the Sugar Habit.
We will talk all about what sugar does to our body, why we start and can’t stop, and how to transform sugar cravings so you can kick the habit. Together we will discover what is keeping us stuck in these habits, why we crave sugar at certain times and get this food thing handled so you can let your best self-shine!!
Heather Day, E-RYT 200 + Upala's founder, will also lead us in a short meditation + gentle yoga practice to get our bodies & minds ready to take in all the wonderful information in this workshop.

Participants will leave with a handmade journal and the skills and resources to make more on their own.
