Heather Day, B.S., E-RYT 200

founder, director  |  yoga. community outreach. meditation. reiki practitioner.

Heather Day brings wellness education and holistic self-care to communities in a fun, creative, accessible and affordable ways, partnering with local non-profits and community organizations to provide access to a variety of yoga programs, including:

  • All-levels vinyasa yoga

  • Gentle yoga & chair yoga for seniors 

  • Meditation & mindfulness 

  • Children + Teens mind-body development, yoga, healing & mentorship

  • Reiki emotional & physical energy healing

  • Professional & educational development workshops for educators on mind-body benefits incorporating psychology, child development, mindfulness, meditation, yoga & self-care


She has collaborated with multiple community-based initiatives including 

  • After-school programs (UP: Unlocking Potential)

  • Teen drug and alcohol prevention programs (Bridging the Gaps)

  • Public and private educational institutions (Pre-K through HS) 

  • Community organizations & businesses (Senior Yoga Program Lead at the Rochester Recreation Department + "Yoga with Goats" at Jenness Farm) 


Heather completed her RYT-200 at Symmetry Yoga in Lee, NH studying under Missi D'Arcy and has continued her teaching education, expanding her knowledge & research to children, teens & seniors through various trainings. She holds a Senior Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Shiva Shakti School of Yoga, studying under Antonia Small.


She is a certified Reiki II Practitioner, providing hands-on physical and emotional recovery and well-being. 


Denise Fox

Denise holds several certifications and licenses including AFAA Sunrise Yoga, Level 2 Iyengar yoga training, AFAA Fuze Craze Dance, Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Zumba Gold, Pilates Mat, and Pilates Reformer.


Denise holds a BPA in fine and performing arts. 


In her spare time she loves spending time with her animals as well as other people’s animals.


Suanne  Ringlein

Suanne Ringlein received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from 3 Bridges Yoga under Stephanie Paolini, Marla Cinilia and Johanna Bell’s heart-filled Illumina Vinyasa YTT program. A lifelong athlete of various sports, Suanne has a natural interest in body mechanics and physical well-being. She greets life with a deep curiosity and continues to welcome its lessons through observation and introspection. Suanne has discovered the ancient practice and philosophies of Yoga as the natural melding of these qualities in her life and her practice has brought strength, healing, and well-being to both body and mind. She is honored to share with others what she continues to discover in her own life and practice. Suanne lives in the Seacoast area with her husband, Dan, and their 6 year old twins, Maggie and Leo.



Melissa Wood

Melissa Wood completed her 200+ hour teacher training with Happy Love Yoga RYS at Bending Bodhi.  Originally from the northeast area of Philadelphia, PA, she studied biochemistry at Temple University, moved to NH in 2007 and has loved living in the seacoast area ever since!  Melissa began practicing yoga in 2001 and after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and becoming a mom she finds that yoga brings a wonderful combination of physical and mental therapy to her daily life. Interested in teaching the benefits of daily practice to her daughter and practicing together, Melissa pursued the yoga and mindfulness for children program at ChildLight in Dover in 2017 and Restorative Yoga – Yoga Nidra Training with YogaNH in 2019. She has loved the experience of sharing the benefits of yoga to people of all ages.  Melissa encourages her students to continually look for the details, to stay lifelong learners, and practice over perfection.

Gabby Casey

Gabby began practicing yoga in 2014 after being drawn to it's therapeutic benefits. She completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Happy Love Yoga in 2019 after recognizing how essential this practice is to healing the world. Gabby believes that within all of us lies inherent wisdom and peace that can be revealed to us through uniting the mind and body. Through pranayama and asana, we can work through our internal challenges and connect with our light. Gabby enjoys creating a safe space in class where students can deepen their inward awareness and cultivate peace and clarity. Off of the mat, she works as a Functional Support Specialist in a community mental health center. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, painting, hula hooping and dogs.
