Holly Pike, 200 RYT, first fell in love with yoga as a young mother 20 years ago. Throughout the years, her practice has evolved and changed – she first started practicing to relax and destress, then quickly realized that it was a great compliment to her gym routine and a nice way to manage chronic back pain. After recovering from a major spine surgery in January of 2016, she realized just how much yoga had changed her life and made the decision to take her teacher training. Holly received her certification under Bjorn Turnquist, formerly of 3Bridges Yoga in Portsmouth, in April 2017 and has been teaching ever since. Holly strives to empower each of her students to be the very best version of themselves, while holding so much gratitude in watching that process unfold.
