To our beloved yoga community ♥️🙏🏾
In light of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily cancel all in-studio classes to help limit the spread of the virus in our community. This is effective immediately as of Saturday, March 14, tentatively through the end of March 2020.
Our plan moving forward is that classes will go online shortly. I am exploring live and recorded video programs to allow you to practice along with the same amazing teachers that you would typically practice with each week at the studio.
By Sunday evening, I will have a plan to share with you all moving forward. To give us time to get this implemented, all group and private classes Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are canceled (unless you hear from us otherwise) and we hope to have online access for students by Wednesday.
Keep an eye on your emails! Not on the list?

Our yoga practice is important to our lives, especially now. As students of yoga, you have experienced first-hand how our practice positively impacts our lives. For many of us practicing yoga (or teaching it) contributes to us feeling whole. We practice to focus our minds, lower stress response, stay healthy and strong and be part of a community. Through this time of social distancing, we will work together to ensure our yoga practices stay strong and accessible to us.
Breathe. Meditate. Practice at home. Self-care. Eat healthily. Stay hydrated. Stay informed. Wash your hands often. Practice social distancing. Stay home if you are sick or showing symptoms. Work remotely if you can. Stay calm and kind.
All of these community-based practices may help to limit the spread to those vulnerable populations; the older adults in our community and those who already immune-compromised.
Keep an eye out for a second email this weekend with more details!! ♥️
